We are efficient, fast, flexible, professional and always respect agreed deadlines.

We have been in business – and busy – since 1992, working almost solely on the strength of 'word-of-mouth' recommendations, a quality guarantee that speaks for itself. Quality is paramount. In customers' eyes we're "only as good as our last translation".

Most of our customers are long-term partners who recognise the benefits of an approach geared towards actively building up knowledge, insights and expertise.

We cover a very wide range of languages, domains and text types (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, HTML, etc.) and treat each assignment as a fresh challenge. Each translation is an individually crafted product, not a commodity.

Readability, accuracy, consistency and appropriateness are all top priorities, and all texts are translated, revised and proofread in separate procedures.

Although we use the full array of modern tools in this technology-driven digital age, we very much still adopt a thinking approach, tailoring solutions to customers' needs and always heeding any instructions.

Linguanet's managers are also seasoned, active translators, familiar with all the potential issues, problems and pitfalls of translation as well as with customers' expectations.

Occasionally, we may need your help to do your source texts justice. If we don't know something, we ask.

All responses are stored for future reference and communicated to the relevant translators.

We place special emphasis on efficient communication throughout the chain of production, since loss of information at any stage in the process can have negative consequences.

Open lines of communication are vital for ensuring high-quality results. Receiving advance warning of impending assignments, high-quality documentation and precise instructions accompanying them and constructive feedback on previous translations can all directly impact on the perceived quality of the next assignment. In this respect, the end result of the translation process is often very much a team effort.
